I feel that being a keeper, you often get forgotten or put to the side. But at KeeperTec you're the main focus, you're number one.
Adrienne teaches every aspect of goalkeeping so well and I become a better keeper after every session. She never fails to teach me something new and has helped me grow as a goalkeeper and as a person.
I keep coming back to KeeperTec for the keeper union. KeeperTec allows me a space to have an amazing environment where I can learn, experiment, and play, all while working on bettering myself as a player, and a person.
KeeperTec has smaller groups, which allows for a closeness within the girls and more reps. Goalkeeping is a hard mental and physical position, but with Adrienne I am reminded why I love it.
KeeperTec is like a family, we have our laughs and teaching moments. In our small groups, we learn about each other. It's the environment that makes me come back every week.
After one week training with Adrienne I fell in love with the coaching style and environment. The weekly group sessions are the highlights of my week.
The biggest change I've seen in my daughter since joining KeeperTec is in her confidence! When she goes in net for practices and games, she owns that box.
She will talk a lot about bravery and that was what helped me and others get rid of the fear in the back of our heads to challenge a player.

I've stayed at KeeperTec because I love the positive environment and how every single session I'm challenged and take home something new.

Her coaching is effective and she teaches you how to apply the techniques you learn at KeeperTec into games.
Adrienne helped me to rebuild my skills from the bottom and taught me new skills to help add to my toolkit. She's helped me to gain confidence in both my game and myself.
I like how every week we focus on a different topic and am able to improve my skills year after year.
The biggest change and improvement I have seen is my positioning on the field. I learned how much it helps to make a save, or be an outlet for your team, when you are in the right place.
After going to many private and group sessions, I feel much more confident in goal.
Every time I go to KeeperTec, I get better at diving and catching the right way. Going to the private training sessions with Mae helps me be more confident when I'm choosing to dive in a game.
I also learned how to high dive, which made me go from Div 2 to Metro in 1 year.
I have been going for almost 2 years now, and I have seen a big improvement on all the stuff I needed to work on.
I feel I've improved lots with my diving and I'm excited to continue to learn more and keep improving.
The biggest change I experienced is probably how my diving was and also my ball-catching ability.
A safe, fun place to train
KeeperTec offers great support, really acknowledges what level you are at and tailors the sessions to benefit your needs. KeeperTec is a safe space for goalkeepers to unite together, which builds unforgettable friendships and memories.
It's a safe space to talk about my games and any issues I may be having. I get knowledgeable and specific feedback. Each session's personal, game-like and fun.
I feel like I can have deep conversations about my development and issues at soccer, not just being met with short answers so we can move on.
At KeeperTec I have done both the private and group sessions. I have found both challenging and educational.
Even though Adrienne takes training very seriously she also knows how to make it fun!
Adrienne and everyone there is super supportive, they give you good advice and really want you to improve.

With Adrienne, he learns something new in every session, which has greatly improved his game. He really enjoys the sessions as the drills are a lot of fun and the small group training is a great learning environment.
She has gained so much confidence in her ability to play as a #1 keeper. She enjoys taking part in the small group classes and always ends the sessions with a smile on her face.
