Privacy policy.
The KeeperTec privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. Last updated October 2026.
Information we collect
When you fill in a form on this website, we collect the details you type in. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email address and phone number, and details about the goalkeeper such as their name, birth year, gender, club level and goalkeeping experience. We also record the date, time and page the form was sent from.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your questions, set up a free group session, check availability for private sessions and memberships, and, if you join our mailing list, send you KeeperTec news. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Information about young goalkeepers
Many of our students are under 18. Please have a parent or guardian fill in our forms for young goalkeepers. We only ask for the details we need to find the right group or session.
Registration, payments and our shop
Amilia (SmartRec) handles our program registration and payments, and Square runs our online shop. When you use those services, their own privacy policies apply.
Emails
If you join our mailing list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails, or by contacting us.
Cookies and other websites
This website uses basic cookies it needs to work. Some pages show YouTube videos and a Google map. These services may set their own cookies when you play a video or use the map. This policy does not cover links to other websites.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep form messages only as long as we need them to help you, or as long as the law requires. We store your information with our website hosting and email services, which use security measures to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just contact us using the details below.
