Built from the ground up.
Adrienne Cook opened KeeperTec Goalkeeping School in 2016 with five goalkeepers. From the start, the focus has been on helping students of all ages fall in love with being a goalkeeper. We also put a strong focus on technique and on understanding the why behind what we do. With a strong background in education, we teach students to enjoy steady development at every level through discipline, technique and repetition.
Later, KeeperTec opened The Box, an indoor facility in Cloverdale made just for training goalkeepers. Today it’s home to our weekly Tec Program, our private sessions and the GK Union, our community of goalkeepers, from grassroots players through to university.
Meet your goalkeeper trainers.
KeeperTec has two instructors. Both played in goal at university level, and both coach full time at The Box.

What we believe.
Understand the why
We teach the reasons behind each action, so goalkeepers can make their own decisions in games.
Build from the ground up
A strong foundation comes first. Then we keep building, at each student’s own pace.
The whole person
We also care about character and confidence. Our GK Union is a strong community.
