Summer Games Sessions
Summer is a great time to keep your tools sharp as well as to try new things.
KeeperTec is offering small group sessions that will run for 6 weeks over July and August.
Who will get the most out of Summer Games Program?
Advanced or older goalkeepers will receive the most benefit out of these games. All participants must be comfortable diving in reaction to a shot, be able to implement 1v1 tools, and be able to play with feet as an attacker. These sessions will not consist of technical training, but instead focus on the implementation of your technical toolkit.
Wednesday's
1) High Performance: For students who play at the BCSPL level and are comfortable playing with ball at feet under pressure and understand 3 phases of a 1v1 and how to implement. You may be asked to join the Grassroots group depending on your current ability compared to rest of group. (2010 - 2004 Born)
2) Div 1/Metro: For students who are looking to develop their decision making and confidence as a goalkeeper. This is the environment for you if you play at the Metro level.
(2010 - 2006 Born)
Monday's
3) Grassroots: For students who play 8v8 or just recently moved into full sized goal and are still developing their toolkit in game like reactions. (2013 - 2010 Born)
Please be sure to register for the appropriate session, failure to do so could result in being moved to a different group.
KeeperTec reserves the right to move students to a different group based on numbers and ability to create the best training environment for all students.
Space is limited.
