About KeeperTec
What is KeeperTec?KeeperTec was opened in 2016 by owner Adrienne Cook. It's focus is on helping students of all ages fall in love with being a goalkeeper. We put a strong emphasis on Technical Development and understanding the "Why?" behind what we do.
KeeperTec builds goalkeepers from the ground up. With a strong background in Education, the focus is on teaching students to enjoy successful development at all levels with Discipline, Technique and Repetition. How will you develop your game? |

Adrienne CookAdrienne grew up in the lower mainland playing as a goalkeeper for BC Provincial teams and eventually earning a NCAA Div 1 scholarship at Arkansas State University. She was a part of the inaugural year for the Women's Soccer team at A-State. During her 4 years playing for the Red Wolves she was named team Most Valuable Player 4 times and earned Sun Belt Conference Honours. Adrienne currently holds the record for most career saves in school history with 327.
After graduating with a BSc in Physical Education, Adrienne taught PE in England for 5 years. Since returning to Canada in 2010 she's been a full time Goalkeeper Instructor of all ages having worked at the College/University level with Douglas College, SFU and Trinity Western, and was Head of Goalkeeping for TSS FC Girls Program for 10 years as well as Goalkeeping Instructor for WSPL and League 1 women's Team - TSS Rovers. Currently Adrienne is dedicated full time as owner and lead instructor at KeeperTec Goalkeeping School. |

Mae HobenshieldMae grew up paying as a goalkeeper for multiple teams within the lower mainland. Playing her grade 12 year at TSS and training under Adrienne. After high-school she went on to play at Thompson Rivers University on scholarship for two years. After the two years Mae transferred to the University of Fraser Valley to enhance her education in Criminology with the intention of becoming a Police Officer.
Currently she plays for TSS Rovers on their Women's Premier and League 1 teams. Since moving back Mae has been an instructor with Adrienne at KeeperTec and is working on her coaching certifications. |
